After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19.
After your order has been processed and sent into production, shipping times are as follows: USA 5 to 10 days; International 10 to 30 days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you should receive a separate email with your tracking info. You can also track your order via our order tracking page:
